We begin with the booth drawings, component list, venue, dates and labor window. Flooring, freight arrival and build sequence are reviewed together so responsibilities are clear.

Communication through setup

Trade show schedules can move quickly. Direct communication gives project teams a clearer view of progress, open items and decisions needed before show opening.

Orderly dismantle and move-out

The teardown plan covers component handling, packing, labels and the next handoff. Materials can move to outbound freight, a local destination or arranged storage.

Book as soon as your show dates and booth scope are known. Large events and restricted move-in windows can make early planning especially important.

What drawings are needed?+

Send the latest booth plan, elevations, orientation, component details, graphic locations and packing information available from the exhibit house.

Can flooring and I&D be coordinated together?+

Yes. Combining the planning helps sequence flooring, freight and booth assembly around the same show schedule.
