We support trade show carpet, padding, vinyl and specialty flooring. Services can include measuring, delivery, installation, removal and storage for future events.

Yes. Our carpet catalog provides an initial selection of grades and colors. Screen colors are approximate, so availability, dye lots and physical samples must be confirmed before an order is finalized.

Yes. Storage may be available for booth components, crates, flooring and recurring event materials. We can also coordinate the delivery and return of stored materials for future shows.

Pre-show receiving can be arranged as part of a confirmed logistics or storage plan. We review shipment size, timing, handling requirements and the event schedule before accepting freight.

Drayage is usually managed by the event’s official service contractor. WCS Expos can help coordinate freight timing, local transportation and the handoff around the show’s official material-handling requirements.

Local pickup, transportation and last-mile delivery may be included after the shipment details, access requirements, equipment needs and delivery schedule are reviewed.
